Forge was born in our second litter at Ausable River Aussies. Hard to believe he is about to be a Veteran! We absolutely adore Forge, he has a wonderful temperament, very eager to please, great fun with a frisbee and lovely "off switch". Forge proudly represented the St. John's Ambulance Therapy Dog program in Stratford, Ontario for 2 years(sadly I needed to take an extended leave from the program for a new career).

Forge is a wonderfully moderate boy, he carries a longer-wavy coat. Forge is a beautiful mover, with a balanced gait, and converges coming and going. Forge has genetic results linked, OFA CHIC# and full dentition.

Intelligence
Forge is smart and eager to please, he is kind and thoughtful, very gentle. He is a crowd favourite, people often note his striking blue eyes and gentle nature. He was a St. John's Ambulance Therapy Dog, visiting the patients at Stratford General Hospital, he truly enjoyed his job.

Forge is very moderate, he generally weighs about 50-53lbs, and stands 21" at the withers.

Energy
I would consider Forge to be Medium/Moderate energy, he isn't overly drivey. He is a wonderful family pet, happy show dog, and easy therapy dog.

What we love about Forge
Gentle, kind and easy going personality, hard to resist those beautiful blue eyes! Forge was the pick of the litter, we asked Lisa Wensley to co-own him with us so that we could keep his sister "Lainey", after close evaluation we placed Lainey as a pet and thankfully Lisa offered to send him back to us! The rest is history.
