Kicking it off with Crates!
Some of our FAVOURITE Crates
Plastic for Puppies - easy to clean, they feel safer, less anxiety with sightlines(wire crates may make them feel exposed), messes stay contained within the kennel.
https://rufflandkennels.com/product-category/kennels/ These kennels are WONDERFUL. So easy to clean, so easy to nest together, great for travel in the car(SO Safe!). Boys up to +55lbs can fit into the Intermediate HOWEVER, I do suggest the Large for dogs that are 55lbs if it's being used for overnight's/longer hours of use.
Large size - 35" / 22" / 26"
Intermediate - 30" / 20" / 23"
#400 vari kennel - 31"/20"/26" (Fit's my biggest boys with room to move)
Wire crates have their place too, great for ventilation, easy to store, easy to clean. We had a dog figure out how to push the plastic tray out from under her and she proceeded to chew the carpet underneath. I feel like sometimes wire crates can make opportunists out of puppies that are prone to mischief. I've also had a dog get his fangs stuck in a wire crate, and one that pulled in a cord from an electronic... so maybe not the most safe option. They don't contain messes very well.
Puppy size - 23/16/19 - great for puppies up to about 4-5months, then they outgrow it.
